Rosie's art practice is rooted in an exploration of dance and movement within the human form and how it is found and perceived in nature and the ever changing landscape found in the natural world. She studied dance at The Rambert School in London and is constantly fascinated by the infinite ways a body can move depending on internal and external stimulus and circumstance.

Rosie works with acrylic, charcoal, soft pastel including mixed media and uses them quite spontaneously according to how movement and images speak to her at the time. She is currently working on producing further works for The Body Moving series and researching the ebb and flow of water in its many differing states with the aim of producing underwater seascapes.
