Shipping Policy
We aim to ship to you within 3 days of order. If you do not receive your order within this time frame, please contact us on anita@ava-gallery.co.uk or by telephone: 07842 343383.

Orders over £50 can be delivered, within a 20 mile radius, free of charge. Again, please telephone us for details.

Light items are also delivered, via Royal Mail, free of charge.

If you're ordering one of our larger items there will be a charge, calculated on weight.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do hope you are happy with your artwork. Your item is quality checked by AVA GALLERY to ensure that it is sent to you in pristine condition. In the event that the packaging is damaged during delivery please let us know immediately on 07842 343383 or anita@ava-gallery.co.uk. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a refund up to 21 days after delivery.
Please return items to us in their original condition. Please include in your parcel either your original dispatch note or else a note with your order number, name and address and telephone number on it. We recommend using Interparcel online for the cheapest return postage.
If you are using Royal Mail we strongly recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault within 30 working days.
